Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website.

Our Replacement and Exchange Policy

You can replace or exchange products upto 3 days from date of delivery.

Exchange or replacement is only available in case of Transit Damage, Manufacturing Issue or Size Issue.

For replacement send your request through our website.

Product will be picked only if found in original condition with tags and packaging.

Exchange will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us.

For exchange or replacement flat Rs.100 will be charged.

The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

*The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

*Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.
